Description[]
This car is described as: "A car meant for Northern America, an industrial shit hole'. This muscle car is almost always found in beater version all over Atlanta but mostly in the Hood region. This car was revealed to have been produced between 1958 to 1964 as a model car but many have fallen in disrepair. The Steer is slow and has terrible handling making it easy to do a power slide. The car is also driven by GTAA character, Johnny Ulton.
